Namaste

That concludes my Kids Yoga week! Hope you learned some cool stuff and have entered to win some amazing Yoga products. All of the Yoga giveaways run until the first week in September, so please share with your friends! Namaste :)

"Nama" means "bow," "as" means "I," and "te" means "you." Therefore, "Namaste" literally means "bow me you" or "I bow to you."
