Ella's 9 mo. b-day

Ella went to Chuck E Cheese for her 9 mo. b-day friday. She LOVED it! The only thing she didn't like was the toddler rides and Barney made her cry.
But she loved the big kid rides, esp. the roller coaster simulator!
She is sooo my daughter. My friend Laura, who used to work for me at Picture People came with us and treated us to pizza. She took some great pictures there and after. Ella got to see her first costumed character and wasn't scared at all. She liked to grab his nose! She was amused by the Chuck-E & character machine's singing and dancing. I thought they might scare her, 'cause they kind of scared me. But she laughed and smiled at them. She rode in one of the cars that moved and grabbed the steering wheel right away. She is so bright! After a couple of hours there, we came home for a photo shoot. She really wanted nothing to do with it. She kept picking up the rocking chair and tried to push & pull it. So Laura had to hold it down & she still was able to move it some. She really is strong. And stubborn too! She is only crawling when she wants something that is close to her, but just out of reach. She has no interest in getting around the house. She likes to pull up on anything and is very proud of holding on with one hand.
This week she learned how to throw her hands up in the air to cheer for a touchdown! I had the most awesome pics of her doing it, but I erased them by accident. So, I have this one to sort of prove it. I'll take more next weekend in her cheerleading outfit when the Panther's play. She got chicken (and stars with veggies) for the first time on Friday and didn't like it at all. So she tried chicken with sweet potatoes on Sat. and loved them! Mom and I got a bunch of mmmm's and yumm's. Other than that, we've had a pretty low key weekend. Mom came to visit and that was too short as always! I had a photo shoot tonight and Ella came with me. I didn't hear one peep out of her! I love that I can take her anywhere and know she will behave and enjoy the scenery. We have a pretty busy week ahead of us, but I will try to keep you updated!
