You want to make sure that you and your child are dressed comfortably before starting your Yoga exercises together. Jeans won't allow you to stretch properly and a lot of the exercises have you both twisting and turning around. You both need to be able to move freely, so your clothes need to be comfortable and breathable. Yoga pants are ideal and a tighter fitting tee shirt or tank top will work.
